Feist Visits The Street (You Know Which One)

Feist will be guest-starring on the 39th season premiere of Sesame Street on August 11, and her performance of a tweaked-for-kids "1 2 3 4" is already online.

Teaching kids how to count to four is obviously of the utmost importance, those are the only ones you really need to get by in life. That anguished pink monster in that back looks like he's as sick of this song as everyone else. I like that Sesame Street is keeping it topical. Maybe next they'll have have a Hilary Clinton joke tailored for the preschool sect that was relevant six months ago.

Also stopping by will be Will Arnett, Jessica Alba, David Beckham, Heidi Klum, Neil Patrick Harris, and Jack Black, and the show will have new parodies of 30 Rock, High School Musical, and Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader.

Maybe Will Arnett will make some sly hints about the Arrested Development movie that will get all the kiddies excited? I know that if they keep making hints about it and there ends up being no movie, there's gonna be a riot on their hands. I mean COME ON!

Pick up The Reminder, and in case there's anyone on the planet who doesn't already have it, here's the mp3:
